Baked Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
2 1/2 lb chicken wings, split at the joint so you have drumettes and wingettes
1/2 c. Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce OR
1 TB Tabasco-style hot sauce (like Mr. Red Hot or Texas Pete) and 1/2 stick melted butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Bake wings for 45 min, or until cooked nice & crispy.
Toss with Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce OR melted butter + tabasco.
Remember:
It's better to make them mild & serve with extra sauce than to make them too hot for most of the crowd to eat.
