Pot Roast in Crock Pot

Basic roast instructions

Ingredients

4.5 pounds (more or less) roast beef or pork

7 potatoes, peeled (if you'd like) and sliced

7 carrots, peeled & sliced

3 onions, peeled & sliced

3/4 c. water or beef broth

salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions

Veggies go in the bottom.

Sprinkle salt & pepper on the meat.

Pour in the broth.

Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours.
