Recipe is from campbellskitchen.com, but I first learned of it through my friend Jodie Murphy. She makes it great!

Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (or neufchatel), softened.

1/2 c. blue cheese salad dressing

1/2 c. Franks Redhot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce OR

1/2 c. Franks Redhot Buffalo Wing Sauce

1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz)

2  cans (9.75 oz each) chunk chicken breast in water, drained, OR

1 lb. cooked cubed chicken breast

Assorted fresh vegetables and/or crackers

Directions

Heat the oven to 350°.

Stir the cream cheese in a 9" deep dish pie plate with a fork or whisk until it's smooth. Stir in the dressing, pepper sauce, and cheese. Then, stir in the chicken.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbly. Sitr before serving .Serve with the vegetables and crackers for dipping.

To make in the microwave:

Use a microwavable 9" deep dish pie plate. Prepare te dip as directed above, except microwave it instead of baking it in the oven. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 5 minutes, or until the chicken mixture is hot, stirring halfway through the cook time.

TIP:  This dip can be kept warm in a small crockpot or fondue pot on a buffet table.
