Stuffed Mushrooms for a Crowd

My dad made these for a Men's Dinner Night at church in 2005, and they were a bit hit!

Ingredients
1/2 lb. hamburg
1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1/2 an onion, chopped
1 TB oregano
1 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
25 mushrooms, stems popped out and chopped
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350° and lightly coat a cookie sheet w/ nonstick spray.
In a large frying pan, cook the hamburg and sausage with the onion until no pink remains in the meat; drain off the fat.
Mix in the oregano, bread crumbs, cheese, and mushroom stems.
Once the mushroom stems are tender, remove from the heat.
Cool until you can handle teh mixture.
Cram a big spoonful into each mushrom cap, and place them on the prepared cooke sheet.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, and serve.
