Ingredients
1 c milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 TB cornstarch (or more if you'd prefer a thicker sauce)
1-2 TB margarine or butter
Directions
Mix the cornstarch smoothly into 1/4 c. of the milk.
Combine it with the remaining ingredients and stir constantly while it heats.
You can add cheese, garlic, onion ... any flavors you'd like.
