Polynesian Chicken (serves many)

Recipe from mom - this version serves a multitude of Browns.

4 lbs. boneless chicken breast, diced

1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce

1/3 c. honey

1 TB Hoisin sauce

2 star anise, sliced (optional)

1-2 tsp. ginger powder

10 green onions, sliced in 1/4" pieces

1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro (can go as high as 1 cup)


Mix together all but the green onions and cilantro.

Bake 35 minutes at 375.

Sprinkle gronions and cilantro on top, then serve.

Goes really well with sides of rice and of roasted pineapple.
