Ingredients
Fresh corn
Directions
First, you need to husk your corn and get all the remaining silk off. Get your pots ready by having one on the stove filled 2/3 the way with water, and a large bowl with ice and cold water.
Time to Blanch! Stick the ears of corn into the boiling water for 4-6 minutes, and drain thoroughly.
Next, you need to cut the kernels off the ears.
Put the kernels in freezer bags, and put them in your freezer.
Now you are sure to have great tasting corn any time of the year!
