Reduced Calorie and Low-Fat Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
2 c. flour
2 1/2 TB cinnamon
3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 1/2 c. shredded zucchini
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Blend flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together.
In a separate bowl, egs, sugars, and applesauce. Blend in flour mixture.
Once thoroughly blended, stir in zucchini.
Spray loaf pans with Pam.
Bake at 350° for approximately 40 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
