Ingredients
1 14-oz bag 70-90 count pre-cooked shrimp (or larger, if you prefer)
6 hardboiled eggs
1 6-oz container Greek yoghurt, plain
2/3 c. salsa (your choice of intensity!)
Fresh, green salad
Directions
Mix the shrimp, eggs, yoghurt, and salsa together.
Serve over salad.
