Chutney Tartar Sauce

Goes great with many fish recipes.

Ingredients

1/4 c plain, nonfat yoghurt

2 TB nonfat mayonnaise dressing (or mayonnaise)

2 TB snipped chutney*

1 tsp balsamic vinegar OR white wine

 

* "snipped" implies this is an herb of some sort; it's not. Chutney is like salsa.. and is typically pretty chunky. So, use a pair of kitchen scissors, and snip the chunks into smaller pieces. I'd say to chop it, but can you imagine the mess if you poured salsa onto a cutting board?! So.. it's "snipped."

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

Serve with seafood.
