Artichoke Dip

One of our most favorite snacks!
Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, good bread - we really like sourdough, whatever you'd like.

From my aunt, Evelyn Gier; her family loves it! My neighbor Jodie has created a variation involving crab, but I don't have the exact recipe.
Ingredients
1 can of artichokes, drained & chopped
8 oz softened cream cheese (8 oz = 1 package)
1/2 c mayonnaise
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1 clove minced garlic (Evey uses 2-3)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix all ingredients together until smooth (on medium, if using an electric mixer).
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes.
