Mexican Snack Platter

This makes a great snack or appetizer.

1 can refried beans

2 TB salsa OR chili sauce

1 1/2 c. sour cream

1 c. Guacamole

1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

2 medium green onions, chopped

Tortilla chips for dipping


Mix refried beans and salsa. Spread in a thin layer on a 12- or 13-inch serving plate.

Spread sour cream on top, leaving about 1 inch as a border where you can see the beans around the edge.

Spread guacamole over the sour cream, leaving a border of sour cream showing.

Sprinkle cheese then onions over the guacamole.


Serve immediuately, or cover wtih plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve with tortilla chips.
