Cheese Tortellini with Basic Cream Sauce

From an insert in a pack of fresh basil I bought (brand was HerbThyme)
Ingredients
1/4 sweet onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 TB flour
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. white wine
1 1/4 c. cream
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
2/3 oz. fresh basil, chopped
18 oz. cheese-filled tortellini, cooked and drained
Directions
In a medium saucepan, saute onion and garlic in butter until softened.
Add flour; cook and stir one minute.
Stir in wine; cook one minute more.
Slowly add cream, mixing until smooth.
Add cheese; cook over medium heat until smooth and thick.
Add fresh basil; mix well.
Pour over hot, cooked tortellini.
Garnish with basil leaves.
