Ginger-Teriyaki Shrimp Kabobs

From a recipe card I picked up at the grocery store (on the card: Try-Foods INtl., Inc., 2005).

Ingredients

1/2 c. teriyaki sauce

2 TB lime juice

1 TB low-sodium soy sauce

2 TB minced fresh or bottled ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

2 lb. large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 TB sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

Whisk together teriyaki sauce, lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and red pepper in a large bowl.

Add shrimp to bowl, tossing with mixture. Cover & refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium heat. Thread shrimp onto 12 (8-inch) skewers.

Grill, covered with grill lid, on grill rack coated with nonstick cooking spray, over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until shrimp turns opaque.

Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds to serve.
