Grilled Shrimp Mediterranean over Pasta

From a recipe card I picked up at the grocery store (on the card: Try-Foods Intl., Inc., 2005).
Ingredients
1 lb. medium fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 TB dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 TB olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14.5 oz) Italian-style diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
2 TB tomato paste
1 (9 oz) package of fetuccine, cooked
Optional
1 (2.25 oz) can sliced black olives, drained
1/4 c. crumbled feta cheese
Directions
Preheat grill to medium heat.
Place shrimp in large bowl.
Whisk Italian seasoning, slat to taste, lemon pepper, lemon juice, an dolive oil in a small bowl; pour over shrimp.
Grill shrimp on a grill rack coated with nonstick spray, covered with grill lid, over medium heat for 3 - 5 minutes on each side or until shrimp turn opaque. Set aside and keep warm.
Saute garlic in a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Add tomatoes, sauce, and paste; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 mintues. Optional: stir in black olives and cook 5 minutes more.
Top fetuccine with shrimp and tomato sauce. Optional: top with feta cheese.
Serve immediately.
