Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 c. mayonnaise

1 1/2 tsp. mustard

1 1/2 tsp. ketchup

3/4 tsp. lemon juice

1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

2 TB finely chopped scallions

1 shake hot sauce

1 TB chopped parsley

1 stalk finely chopped celery

2 cloves minced garlic

1 tsp. paprika

1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
