Key Lime Pie

1 store-bought Graham Cracker crust

14 oz sweetened condensed milk

3 eggs, separated

1/2 c. lime juice

1/2 c. powdered sugar


Preheat oven to 350°.

Mix milk, egg yolks, and lime juice together.

Whip the egg whites; when they begin to thicken, slowly add the sugar.

Once the meringue will hold stiff peaks, spread it onto the pie.

Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
