Kid-Friendly Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Spray muffin tin (12 muffins) or use paper liners.
Mix milk, oil, and egg.
Stir in flour an dsugar.
Batter will be a bit lumpy (you don't want to overmix!)
Stir in berries gently.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden on the top.
