Curried Coleslaw

Ingredients
1 head cabbage, cored and shredded
2 bunches green onions, sliced
1 (16 oz) package frozen green peas
1 c. dry-roasted peanuts
Dressing:
2 TB curry powder
3 1/2 tsp ginger
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. white vinegar
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp ground cayenne pepper
3 TB sugar (optional)
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the cabbage, green onions, peas, and peanuts.
In a separate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (curry powder, ginger, mayonnaise, white vinegar, sour cream, cayenne pepper, and --optional-- sugar).
Toss the dressing with the vegetable mixture to coate.
Cover and put in the fridge until serving.
