Salmon with Honey-Citrus Glaze

From the kitchen of:



2 salmon filets, with the skin

4 TB honey

3 TB lime juice

2 TB orange juice

salt and pepper


Grease a baking dish - I use a bread pan for this recipe. If you're making 4 filets, you'll probably want to use a 9" square pan or something of similar size.

Heat the oven to 400°

Place the salmon, skin side down, in the prepared baking dish.

Sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the salmon.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, and the orange juice.

Pour this mixture over the filets and bake for 10-12 minutes.

You can tell fish is done if it flakes easily with a fork.
