Blueberry YumYum, Modified

fresh blueberries

strawberry cider

1 TB cornstarch

1 box instant vanilla pudding, prepared according to package instructionsl

graham cracker crumbs

Cool Whip


In a heavy saucepan, pour enough cider to cover the berries you plan to use - but don't add the blueberries yet.

Warm the cider, and whisk in about a tablespoon of cornstarch. Cook until it comes to a boil and begins to thicken.

Stir in the blueberries, and let them cook long enough to get hot and soft. Take them off the heat, cool them a bit, and refrigerate them.

Prepare the vanilla instant pudding, pour into four bowls, and let it set.

Top the pudding with the blueberries, graham cracker crumbs, and Cool Whip.
