Sausage Cheese Balls

Ingredients
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 TB biscuit/baking mix
1 TB finely chopped onion
1 TB finely chopped celery
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 lb bulk pork sausage
Optional: Sweet-and-sour sauce, barbecue sauce, or honey mustard, for dipping.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°.
In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
Crumble sausage over mixture and mix well.
Shape into 1" balls.
Place in a shalow baking dish coated with non-stick spray.
Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 12 - 15 minutes or until no longer pink.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve with sauces if desired.
Yield: 1 dozen
